As of today, I will be leading the Mineralogy Laboratory at the Department of Earth Sciences, School of Education, Faculty of Education and Integrated Science, Waseda University. Please note that the website still shows the information of my previous affiliation, but it will be updated soon.
Our laboratory belongs to the Department of Earth Sciences, School of Education, Faculty of Education and Integrated Arts and Sciences, Waseda University. We aim to understand macroscopic phenomena by elucidating the structure of materials on the Earth surface and their formation mechanisms. Electron microscopy and other microstructural analytical techniques are the main tools used in our research.
